When are the goods purchased not in conformity with the contract?

When the purchased item is faulty, or does not correspond to typical properties, or considerably differs from its description provided by the seller (e.g. super resistant shoes fall apart the next day), then such an item is inconsistent with the agreement which has been concluded with the seller. This also applies to incorrect installation and startup (if performed under the agreement by the seller or a party for which the seller is responsible, or if we performed it on our own on the basis of the manual supplied with the product).
