What if a security person exceeds their rights?

- one can turn to the police or to a prosecutor's office, and notife them about the offence (more about submission of notices in the Chapter concerning the police).

- in case of a breach of personal rights (insult, violation of personal inviolability by searching a person, etc.), a person being affected may sue the security company in a civil court.

It is worth having some witnesses who can testify against the security guards. In the event when we ourselves witness such event, we should come closer to see what is happening. Apart from the fact that we will be able to testify later on, presence of a third person may stop the security persons from such actions.
