What measures of direct coercion may security guards use?

These include: physical force (restraining locks or similar defence techniques), multi-functional police baton, handcuffs, defensive dogs, teaser, gas weapon, manual flamethrower (in some situations, also firearms). A security person may use only the mentioned measures.  These measures may be used by a security person only in the event when someone poses a threat to protected persons or property, and when the security person has been attacked.  Before using these measures, one should be called to respect the law and be notified that in the event of lack of subordination, measures of direct coercion shall be used against them. Used measures must correspond to the needs of the existing situation and be necessary to ensure that the person behaves in a required way.
