When can a security guard arrest a person?

Applies to people acting aggressively and creating hazard for the protected people and property. Security guards should promptly notify the police about the arrest and hand in the person to the policemen. Security guards can arrest persons also beyond the protected area or facility. Security employees are not entitled to detain people for a long period of time (e.g. close them in a room for several hours).
