What's the procedure for ID check by security guards?
Prior to checking one's documents, a security person is obliged to:
- give their full name. When necessary, they should show license or other document confirming their rights to undertake a given action. They should do this in such a way that the checked person can read and take down the data,
- specify the legal basis and the cause of the check.
When checking a person's documents, a security guard requests the person to show their ID (personal ID card or other document with address and picture).
