What if a municipal guard exceeds his/her powers?
- one can file a complaint to a prosecutor's office (e.g. in the registry office of the Regional Prosecutor's Office Lublin, ul. Chmielna 10 or Lublin-Północ/Północ, ul. Okopowa 2a),
- exceeding rights by a public officer is a crime, as such it may lead to submission of a notification about committing a crime to the police or to a prosecutor's office
- one can also file a complaint regarding activities of the Municipal Guard to the Mayor.
