Can I refuse to accept a fine?
The offender may refuse to accept the fine – a police officer should notify the offender about such possibility, as well as about consequences of the refusal. In the event of refusal to accept the fine (or failure to pay the fine issued in the absence of the person on time), the police adressess a court.
