What types of fines can be imposed?
- in cash – issued after direct payment to the police officer that imposed the fine; such fine shall concern only persons who temporarily stay in Poland or do not have a permanent place of residence of stay in Poland,
- a fine issued upon the notice of receipt,
- a fine imposed in the absence of the person.
