How do I get an Electronic Ticket Card?
To get the card in person:1.
Download the Application for Charter in the Customer Service Office in Lublin ZTM or Customer Service Points or print from the website: www.karta.ztm.lublin.eu. English version is avaliable in Documents section.
2.
Fill in the application. Attach a recent photograph measuring 2.5 x 3.0 cm (as to the evidence, or passport). If you don't have pictures it can also be done free of charge at the Customer Service Office (al.Kraśnicka 25, def. 2) or the Customer Service Point (ul.Bajkowskiego).
3.
Bring the completed application in person to Customer Service Office or Customer Service Point.
4.
Receive the card in person at the CSO or in CSP, which filed your application, after 5 working days from the date of the application and verification of data contained therein. The first card you will receive free of charge.
REMEMBER!
* Bring a valid ID.
* Incomplete or wrongly completed application are not grounds for a card.
To get the card on the Internet:
1.
Fill in the application online. Include a photo as an attachment. Jpg measuring 2.5 x 3.0 cm and a resolution of 300 dpi.

Submit application electronically. After you submit the Application electronically will be necessary to authorize it by clicking on the link received in e-mail feedback generated automatically. Sent, but are not approved applications will be deleted after seven days from the date of dispatch of the Request, which will be tantamount to a failure to Application.

Once authorized, the Application and follow the instructions in the next e-mail received within max. 3 working days from the date of authorization. Apply in person to the BOK to validate data and sign the Application.

Receive the card in person at the BOK after 5 working days from the date of the application and verification of data contained therein. The first card you will receive free of charge.
