How can I withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance?
In order to terminate an agreement, we must present the vendor with a written statement (it has to be to sent within this time, preferably via registered mail with a receipt certification).
When we terminate the agreement, we have to return the product within 14 days, and the seller should give us a refund. The right to terminate an agreement concluded at a distance shall not apply to internet bids!
