When is it possible to withdraw from a contract entered with a sales representative outside the seller's premises?

If we entered into an agreement outside the company (store), for example, traveling salesman, in our apartment, then we can cancel the contract without giving reasons within 10 days after the conclusion of the contract. Withdrawal from the agreement by providing operator takes a written statement (preferably by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt). Return of goods and money must be paid immediately, not later than within 14 days. 
About the possibility of withdrawal should be informed in writing and obtain a model declaration of withdrawal. If you have not been informed of this in writing, then you can cancel the contract within 10 days of receiving notice of the right of withdrawal. However, in this case we can cancel the contract within 3 months of the contract (for delivery and payment). Possibility to withdraw from the contract concluded away from business premises does not apply to contracts generally concluded in minor matters of everyday life of current measures for the item for a value exceeding 10 euros, contracts for insurance (including membership in open pension funds) and also, in principle: agreements on a continuous or periodic.
