What if I was aware of the non-conformity of the goods when entering the contract?

If the fact that the product did not comply with the agreement was known to us at the time of conclusion or the agreement, or if the inconsistency was evident, and we nevertheless failed to notice it, the vendor shall not be held responsible on the terms described above, and our COMPLAINT SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
