Lane Kirkland Scholarship 2011-2012

March 1st 2011 is the deadline for entries for the Kirkland Scholarship competition. The Kirkland programme is aimed at young university-educated leaders from Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, interested in the development of democracy, economy and civil society in their countries and regions.

The Programme consists in two semesters of study at Polish universities and 2-4 weeks' professional internships at governmental and private institutions.
