4th Film and Art Festival Two Riversides
July 31 - August 8, 2010The fourth edition of the Film and Art Festival "Two Shores" starts July 31 and will last until August 8. The theme of the festival is "Another World".
In cooperation with the Danish Film Institute, the organizers have prepared such retrospective of the director Carl Theodor Dreyer, whose work influenced the development of world cinema. Special guest of the festival will be Lech Majewski-in itself an alliance of many arts: director, screenwriter, writer, poet, painter, issuing the Venice Biennale of Art, New York, the Louvre, and finally a composer. Benedykt Jerzy Dorys is a founder of Polish Art Photographers Union. His prewar pictures Kazimierz Dolny, regarded as the first Polish reportage photography.
We will have the honor of hosting the exhibition at home these exceptional images, and the world of Dorys work will guide you Czeslaw Czaplinski - photographer and journalist, author of 23 books and albums, which were on the bestseller lists, hundreds of thousands of photos and articles published throughout the world.
