What happens if you don't pay the fine?
In the event when we do not pay the fine on time, MPK sends us a call for payment. If we still fail to pay, this case may be passed on to a civil court or we may be entered in the National Debt Register.
If, within a year, we are punished twice for travelling without a valid ticket and we do not pay the imposed fines, the third time shall meand that we committed an offence, and if MPK files a complaint to a court, a municipal court may put us under arrest, send us to prison or impose a fine.
